Pokemon Go developer has reset users’ progress after the accidental early launch of the Marill’s Limited Research Event. The game was released in 1996 in Japan. At that time the name of game was the pocket master Red and green.

Pokemon GO starts in 2016 but some players are just beginning their journey in the game. Some players who first started playing Pokemon Go shortly after its initial release may have lost interest due to a lack of features in the game.
Marill’s Limited Research Event was mistakenly launched on May 7 and the launching date was May 9. Niantic has announced on Twitter that players who began participating in the event are having their progress reset.
On the morning of 7, May the developer announced the event was being displayed incorrectly and then went on a explain that limited Research will be reset for those that made progress or outright completed it.
Pokemon catch by users during the event’s brief slip should email their collection rather than being reset. Fans become very vocal in speaking out against having the event’s progress reset.
