Christchurch: India’s young opener Prithvi Shaw is fit and he will be part of the team in the second Test match of the series against New Zealand in Christchurch, Head Coach Ravi Shastri confirmed this on Friday. Shastri said that Prithvi has recovered from a leg injury.
Prithvi did not enter the training session on Thursday due to swelling in the left leg, after which the team management’s concern increased. However, now there is good news that on Friday, Prithvi Saw was seen practicing in the nets.
