Coronavirus impact on sports: London marathon postponed

The coronavirus has also affected sports. Because of this, many tournaments have either been canceled or postponed. England’s county team will return home on Monday, leaving the pre-season tour of Zimbabwe due to the threat of the Derbyshire Coronavirus. This deadly epidemic has had an impact on sporting events around the world, and in this episode, Derbyshire has decided to end its tour midway.

London marathon postponed:

The prestigious London Marathon this year has also been postponed due to Coronavirus. It was earlier to be held on 24 April which has now been postponed to 4 October. The organizers said that every runner would be able to secure their place in the latter event.

Also said that if the runners decide not to participate in it and for some reason cannot participate, then their fees will be given back. Runners can also postpone their entry to the 2021 marathon which is scheduled to be held on 25 April next year.
